Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your order, please see our Live Arrival Guarantee below.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

 

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in healthy condition. To be eligible for our Live Arrival Guarantee, please adhere to the following:

  • Expedited Shipping: This guarantee only applies to orders shipped with a 1-2 day transit time. Slower shipping methods are available but are chosen at the buyer's own risk.

  • Weather Protection: For shipments to areas where the temperature is below 55°F, a heat pack must be added to your order for the guarantee to be valid.

  • Timely Unboxing: The guarantee is voided if the package is left unattended for an extended period after delivery. Please retrieve your package promptly.

  • Claim Window: You must contact us at Plantspotsnice@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking number.

  • Proof of Condition: All claims must include clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the plant and packaging upon arrival.

For approved claims under our Live Arrival Guarantee, we will offer a replacement plant (if available) or store credit. The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that minor cosmetic damage, such as a few bent or yellowing leaves, is normal and not covered by this guarantee as it does not affect the plant's long-term health.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

In addition to live plants, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods

Damages and Issues with Non-Plant Items

 

For any non-plant items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
