Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in growing, packing, and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive at your home happy and healthy. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes.

 

Shipping Information & Costs

 

  • Carriers: We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS to provide the most reliable service to your location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150!

  • Shipping Zone: At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

 

Shipping Schedule & Processing Time

 

To ensure your plants spend minimal time in transit, we ship orders according to the following schedule:

  • Standard Shipping Days: All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • Florida Deliveries: Orders shipping to addresses within Florida may also be shipped on Wednesdays.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. If an order is placed on a shipping day, it will likely be sent out the same day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. During peak seasons or sales, this may be extended up to a maximum of 10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

 

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive and in healthy condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our plants.

To be eligible for the Live Arrival Guarantee, you must select an expedited shipping option with a transit time of 1-2 days at checkout.

Additionally, please note the following conditions for all claims:

  • Required Shipping Speed: The Live Arrival Guarantee applies ONLY to orders shipped with a 1-2 day transit time. Slower, more economical shipping methods are available, but they are chosen at the buyer's own risk and are not covered by this guarantee.

  • Required Heat Pack: For shipments to areas where the temperature is below 55°F, a heat pack must be added to your order for the guarantee to be valid.

  • Timely Retrieval: The guarantee is contingent on the package being retrieved in a timely manner after delivery. The guarantee is voided if the package is left unattended for an extended period (e.g., on a porch in extreme weather) or held at a shipping facility.

  • Claim Window: You must contact us at plantspotsnice@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking number.

  • Required Proof: All claims must be accompanied by clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the plant and packaging upon arrival. Claims submitted without photographic or video evidence will not be processed.

  • Our Resolution: For approved claims, we will offer a replacement plant (if available) or store credit. The resolution for each claim will be determined by Plants Pots Nice on a case-by-case basis.

What is NOT covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee? Shipping can be stressful for plants. It is normal for them to show minor signs of transit shock. The following are not covered:

  • Minor cosmetic damage, such as a few bent, torn, or yellowing leaves.

  • The loss of a few small or baby leaves.

  • Any condition that does not compromise the overall long-term health of the plant.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

However, if you have an issue with your order that falls under our Live Arrival Guarantee, please contact us within the 24-hour claim window. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund to resolve the issue.

 

Weather-Related Shipping

 

Ensuring your plant's safety during transit in extreme weather is a shared responsibility.

  • Winter Shipping (Cold Weather):

    • Heat Packs: We strongly recommend adding a heat pack to your order if your local temperature is forecasted to be below 55°F. Heat packs are available for purchase at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to assess their weather and add a heat pack when necessary. Failure to do so will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

  • Summer Shipping (Hot Weather):

    • We reserve the right to delay shipping if the destination temperature is forecasted to be above 90°F and the customer has not selected an upgraded, expedited shipping method.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage to plants left in mailboxes, on porches, or in other outdoor locations in extreme heat.

  • Holding Orders: If you need us to hold your order due to weather or travel, please contact us at plantspotsnice@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We are happy to hold orders for a maximum of one week.
